Some of you may have read my post that appeared on Wesley Fryer's blog with the same title as this one a couple of weeks ago. Connecting Social Studies and Art Through Video Creation is the title of a workshop that I'm conducting on Thursday morning at the MLTI Summer Institute. This slideshow is a preview of the tools and resources we'll be using that day.

Hey - love the blog! Thanks for putting so much effort into such a useful resource for us (teachers)!
Thought it was Voki you issued a little warning about recently. There was a site either you or Larry F. mentioned that you wouldn't quite recommend yet because of iffy stuff on the home page (alcohol? adult content?). Can you help me remember?
Thanks!
d
Hi Donna,
Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it.
It was SlideRoll that I recently mentioned as a site that I can't quite fully endorse yet. I haven't had any problems with Voki.
