MyStudiyo is an easy way to make a multimedia quiz for your website or blog. With MyStudiyo you can include video, audio, and image file in your quiz. Each question in your quiz can have a different media format. There are two options for answer format, multiple choice or open-ended response. Quizzes are easy to create and easy to embed into a website or blog.

I've used Mystudiyo. I even ended up using all the multiple choice questions on my exam. I had given students ample time to use the online quiz. Some didn't actually read the questions, they just went for the correct answer and the "points". This didn't pay off when they wrote the exam! http://www.mystudiyo.com/ch/a83012/go
I just tried it too, but in order for me to keep track of student responses to the questions, students have to register with an email address. I read the privacy policy and it looks as though this site might collect information about those who register and I don't feel comfortable exposing my students to this. Bummer too. The quiz looked really cool! Could still work for fun provided that you tell students not to register at the end of the quiz.
Danika- You could also use this to help your students review for a test. You can do it with the whole group and have the students participate. Just a thought
