This is pretty scary that customer service can't recognize the difference between a percentage of a dollar and a penny. Sharing with my algebra class. Thanks for the real world example of the importance of math!
this is unbelievable. even after correction, they still seemed confused. a matter of opinion? Save us!cents and dollars are not the same thing. Maybe they should work on the budget. what a decimal or two?
