Supreme Court Case to Grab Your Students' Attention

Yesterday, the US Supreme Court announced that it is going to hear a case this fall regarding California's ban on the sale of violent video games to minors. At issue in the case is whether or not the ban on sale of violent video games to minors is a violation of First Amendment freedom of speech rights.
